Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an unopened item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. If an item is opened, Apex Brass will need to determine if the item was used. If it was not used, the customer will get a refund. The refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
