The brass is primarily military. Listed below are the steps taken in the processing of the brass.
1) Cleaning - all brass is cleaned i.e. dirt, grit and tarnish is removed or reduced.
2) Case inspection - any brass with major dings, dents, any cracks or other issues is discarded.
3) Resizing - a multi-step resizing process is implemented to minimize work hardening.
4) Trimming - the case is trimmed to exacting SAAMI specifications.
5) Crimp Removal - every piece of brass has their primer pocket swagged, this removes the "infamous" military primer crimp.
6) Polishing - the brass is tumbled in corn cob media treated with a proprietary brass polish.
